We hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. 

We know that the effects of the novel coronavirus have probably been challenging for you, as it has been for us. But we wanted to let you know that we are here to serve you. As an animal care business, we are deemed an essential services. We remain open for doggy daycare, boarding and grooming.

For the safety of all we have instituted the following protocols:
DOGGY DAYCARE
 
Weekdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Doggy Daycare will require an advance reservation please email kikispetspa@gmail.com
No pick-up and drop-off services available
For everyone’s overall safety we will enforce the following:

• No more than 5 doggy daycare dogs at any one time. This means advance reservations required.
• We are enforcing curbside pick-up and drop-off. Please phone us at 718-857-7272 when you arrive. An employee will collect your pup at the door and switch your leash. We will be using our leashes to bring pups into and out of the facility.
•  If you believe that you have been exposed to COVID-19 or are showing related symptoms we ask that you do not bring your dog for doggy daycare.

GROOMING

We're back grooming again by appointment!

• Please call us at 718-857-7272 to make an appointment or email kikispetspa@gmail.com
• Once an appointment is made we will email you a form to input your information and instructions for grooming.
• Please submit all paperwork to kikispetspa@gmail.com
• We will only accept credit/debit cards for payment
